I think you should ask the vet if he can refer you to a specialist. someone out there will be competent, and confident to spay her. p.s. my dog was fine. When she goes out to potty keep her on a leash and stay with her all the time. She must not be out of your sight for a second. You can buy special doggie diapers for when they are in heat. You might want to start looking places like PetsMart right away as getting them so tiny maybe a problem. You main concern must be keeping the boys away. Yes she is far too small to breed.
