My son is very little, but not actually a preemie. He wears preemie diapers though. Anyway, he is breast fed, but is wanting to pacify at the breast all night long. I just can’t do it as my breasts are sore and when he is just hanging off my breast without eating it makes my skin crawl. Don’t get me wrong, if he wants to actually eat I would feed him 24 hours a day. But he is not actually eating. So I wanted to give him a pacifier I gave it to him and he started suck, but when it got all the way in his mouth he started to gag on it. It is a 0+ pacifier but I am seriously thinking he needs a smaller/shorter one. Do they make them? Where can you get them?
